Oral Dosage:

The recommended daily dose is take 1 Sachet mix in (225ml) glass of Water and use immediately 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach, daily for the first month to boost your glutathione levels and then take one sachet in a day thereafter for maintenance. You simply dissolve the powder in water to make a drink.
